Tap dance classes

In tap, the dancer's shoes are the instrument. Metal plates on the ball and heel of each shoe make rhythmic, percussive sound. Think Happy Feet and Fred Astaire. Tap is steeped in tradition and technique, and it's a great workout for the brain and the heart.

We teach a mix of classic and funky tap, to music that ranges from pop to musical theatre. Classes run for all ages at all four Plié studios.
